About EXPERIENCE BOX:

TBM is a company that creates and coordinates activities for groups. It is registered and discharged under the CIAN: 296341-2 in the Junta de Andalucia.
Our headquarters are located at: Building Altair 218, Urb El Saladillo, 29680 – Estepona (Málaga, Spain).
Prices and quotations:
The prices quoted by email are subject to the corresponding VAT, generally 21%, unless otherwise specified. All quotations are based on the number of persons requested and are therefore subject to possible changes if the total number of participants varies between the date of quotation and the date of confirmation.
General conditions of payment and booking (unless otherwise specified in the relevant quotation and written correspondence between EXPERIENCE BOX and its client):
A first deposit of 50% of the total pre-contracted services is required to guarantee these services; another 25% of this total is required 3 months before the start of the event and the final payment for the remaining pre-contracted services is required 3 weeks before the start of the event.
As a general rule, the final number of participants and details of all pre-contracted services will be received 3 weeks before the event (any cancellation after that date will be considered a “no show”).
Validity of the offer: 4 weeks after the date of the initial proposal.
Credit or debit card charges will incur the following surcharges as a general rule:
5% of the amount to be charged, via Visa or Mastercard

Conditions for Total and Partial Cancellations (reductions):
In case of total cancellation of an event by the customer, deposits already paid will not be refunded.
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants for an event, our general rule is as follows (unless otherwise specified in written correspondence between EXPERIENCE BOX and our client)
– 10% of the number of confirmed participants can be reduced without penalty up to 4 weeks before the start of the event.
– 5% of the updated number of participants can be reduced without penalty up to 3 week before the start of the event.
– Any reduction in the number of participants with less than 3 week before the start of the event will be charged in full
– Only 2 reductions are allowed for the same program/event.
The client accepts that some activities, such as boat trips, water sports and other outdoor experiences, are subject to weather conditions. In case it is impossible to enjoy the activity for such reasons, we will propose alternative dates or activities (plan B).
If a new date is not an option, and a plan B is not reliably possible, a partial refund could be arranged, depending on the exact time the decision to cancel the event is made, with a maximum of 90% of the total amount paid (10% to cover general and administrative costs incurred).
For sailing events, the final decision to cancel the event due to weather conditions belongs solely to the boat captains. Based on this, if the sailing event takes place, even if the weather conditions are not ideal, no refund will be made. In cases where EXPERIENCE BOX acts as an intermediary between the client and a partner of ours, the cancellation and reduction policies of that partner will be followed and respected.
Marketing:
TBM reserves the right to use your event as a reference for marketing purposes (photos, videos, logos, etc.) If the client does not allow TBM to use any material, we must be notified in writing before the event to info@experiencebox.com
Insurance:
As a registered company in the business and travel segment, EXPERIENCE BOX has the necessary liability insurance.
In some cases EXPERIENCE BOX can act as an intermediary, which means that in case of an accident or incident during one of the activities or services, the insurance of the final supplier of the activity will be used instead.
Clients may request a copy of our insurance policy and that of any of the final suppliers before booking a corporate event.
Responsibility:
Experience Box cannot be held responsible for any problem/delay in one of the proposed activities, if due to the group not respecting the planning.
When Experience Box acts purely as an event manager and coordinator for the event and activities, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or losses as a result of the experience.
Privacy:
Experience Box Spain can use pictures taken during the activities and events for marketing purposes (Facebook, Web, etc), except if stated by client in writing before the activity takes place.
Jurisdiction
www.reforestamalaga.com a website owned by Experience Box Spain SL and, as such, any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions will be dealt with in a Spanish court of law.
VAT:
Should the VAT percentage change in Spain between quotation and invoice date, we would adapt the final amount accordingly.
